PingTool might look like one of those simple IP-address response time programs, while it is in fact a more evolved rendition of the concept, with included extra features that might become useful in plenty of scenarios.

Don't waste your time with other programs, if simplicity and efficiency are what you're looking for when checking IP addresses.
